We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (Fresher) to join our growing business development team. This entry-level position is focused on tracking, monitoring, and identifying new business opportunities, particularly RFx (Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Request for Quotation) opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen interest in business development, and a willingness to learn about the RFx process. The Business Development Representative will support the team in managing RFx opportunities and ensuring timely responses.

  • Opportunity Identification: Learn to identify and track business opportunities, including RFx, from various sources, platforms, and industry channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a pipeline of potential opportunities, ensuring accurate data input and tracking key deadlines.
  • Support Proposal Development: Assist in the coordination and preparation of RFx responses, working closely with business development, sales, and other internal teams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with business development leadership to align identified opportunities with strategic goals and learn about the business development process.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing regular status reports on business opportunities, including submission deadlines, progress, and outcomes.
  • Documentation Management: Help ensure all business development documentation is properly organized and complies with company policies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but any internships, coursework, or projects related to business development, sales, marketing, or strategy are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
